The Bushnell Elite 4200 scope is simply number one in my opinion and Bushnell undoubtedly has a champion in its arsenal. Tough conditions are never a problem and the optics are amazing. What spells the difference is the Rainguard coating that comes with it. Once I went hunting in an extremely cold condition with heavy snow. I’ve never been in a colder situation and my binoculars became useless because they had fogged up. But when I looked through my scope, the target was still lucid and I hit it perfectly. It would not have been possible if I haven’t seen the target through my Bushnell rifle scope.

Based on my experience, this Bushnell scope is undoubtedly the best in its genre. Personally, I think this scope is perfect. I could not find any flaw in its performance, sturdiness and clarity. This scope performs great in bright lights, dark conditions, long or short range and in any other conditions. You won’t suffer any disappointments with this product.

According to my research, and I’ve researched a lot, the Bushnell Elite series is the finest in its class. My search for an optimum and reasonably priced scope led me to the Bushnell Elite 4200. I bought it from Cabelas for $320.

But if there is any room for improvement, I just wish they increase the size of the eye relief from 3” to 4 “. Fabulous is a word that aptly describes this scope, certainly one of a kind. It features a Rainguard that’s why the images are clear and resolution is spectacular in any weather condition. It not only provides a clear, bright and excellent field of view, it also adapts well to cold conditions. In power and price range, the Leopold and Burris is its only rival but what sets the Bushnell Elite 4200 rifle scope apart is its better field of view.
