For a long time, Bushnell red dot scopes have been considered a good value. The Bushnell Tropphy Red Dot scope is one of their latest releases, and it is popular amongst the masses as well. The Bushnell trophy sight has an aluminum frame with a main tube where all of the adjustments sit. There you can find the battery housing, power switch, reticle selectors, and turret adjustments. The cool thing about this sight is that it can also be mounted on shotguns and even pistols, since the eye relief is unlimited.
Near the back of the sight's main tube, you can find the elevation and windage adjustments. You can adjust them with a coin and they are protected by a removable cover.
The main power switch is on the right side, near the front of the main tube. The scope has a nice automatic power shut off device that activates when it is laying on it's sidse for over 5 seconds. This comes in handy for those times when you forget to turn it off, and don't want to have to replace the battery with a brand new one because you forgot.
In order to use the sight, you should keep both of your eyes open when looking at your target. When in the firing position, just aim the red reticle onto your target and pull the trigger. To test out the Bushnell Trophy red dot scope, I used it with a variety of assault rifles, just like how I do with all of the cheap Bushnell scopes I test. I tried rapid fire bursts at medium range and felt that I could acquire my targets very fast. It was super accurate and I didn't have to compensate for any loss of precision by aiming up-right, down-left, or anything like that.
Luckily, the Bushnell Trophy red dot scope comes cheaper than most military-grade red dot sights. It's not as cheap as your typical Bushnell rifle scopes, but this sight is absolutely worth a look if you are looking for a red dot sight for a reasonable price.
